Support
Technical support is available to registered owners of JustAttach covered by an active Service Agreement.
The Service Agreement includes free software upgrades and technical support via phone and email
over a period of 12 months.
Trial users have access to complementary phone and email support for the duration of the trial.
Service Agreement
A JustAttach Service Agreement entitles you to:

Software updates and upgrades:
- New Versions.
- Maintenance Releases.
- Bug Fixes.
Terms of Coverage

Supported Versions: Only the current version and one previous version and their associated add-ons
(within 30 days of release of the current version) are supported.

Terms: Service is provided for 12 months from your date of purchase.

Scope: Technical support is limited to the reporting and correction of product defects,
and installation and configuration assistance.

Updates and Upgrades: All updates and upgrades (new versions, maintenance releases, bug fixes) are included;
any optional plug-ins, add-ons, and new product offerings are not included with this Agreement.

Non-Transferable: This Service Agreement cannot be transferred or assigned.
It only applies to the specific covered product(s) duly licensed from us or an authorized JustAttach reseller.

Third-Party Products: This Agreement does not cover third party applications, hardware, or use of JustAttach software
in unsupported environments.

Limitation of Liability: Our cumulative liability to you or any other party for any loss or damages resulting from
any claims, demands or actions arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid to us
for this Service Agreement.
